If you think it's hard to deal with the disorganized lenders, now you will also have a disorganized law firm to deal with, where the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. We keep getting switched between case workers, no one calls back, files keep getting lost in the shuffle, no one there is familiar with our case, and it has now been 4 months! I could go on and on, but in short, I wouldn't reccommend the American Law Firm at all.
