Welcome to the Hope for Homeowner's Program forum. President Bush has passed the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008. This bill gives homeowners an opportunity to save their home from foreclosure by qualifying under the new FHA "Hope for Homeowner's Program". This forum provides an open discussion to the issues and concerns of consumers, homeowners and 1st time home buyers.
Additionally, the federal bill helps 100's of thousands of people who currently have high interest rate loans and sub-prime loans to assist them to qualify for lower 30 year fixed interest rate loans, provided by FHA [federal housing administaration].
